Cloud backup provides a highly secured, automated method of protecting your critical business data, whether it is a simple data file or more complex databases such as Microsoft Exchange and SQL. It offers a cost effective , hassle-free alternative to optical or tape backup solutions. Traditional methods can be very effective, but they require capital expenditure to set up, along with staff to operate and maintain them. A cloud backup system avoids all of these problems.
A daily (incremental) backup will be made of all new and changed files at a time of the day determined by yourself. After each backup you’ll receive an e-mail notification with a detailed report of your backup. If our servers do not receive your scheduled backup you’ll be notified as well. Your files will be stored twice at different remote locations to ensure that there’s always a copy available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
